Born in Gdynia, Poland, Moneca Lander moved to beautiful British Columbia, as a child actor. She enjoyed filming small commercials and films with Vancouver Model and Talent at the age of six. She then moved to Calgary Alberta to finish school. She attended the Mount Royal College program for theater. She later made her move back to British Columbia to further her training as an actor at the University of Victoria. She studied at UVIC for two years and transferred to The Vancouver Academy of Dramatic Arts. She developed her skills as a film actor and was then obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts in the specialty of acting from the Univeristy of British Columbia. Her past credits include: Mrs. Potts in Picnic (UBC), Smeraldina in The Servant of Two Masters (UBC), The Nurse in Romeo and Juliet (UBC) and Pam in the Millionaire's club (film).
